We kept seeing the same pattern: companies excited by AI demos, six months later sitting on prototypes that never reached a customer. The gap was rarely about the model — it was about engineering, integration, and the unglamorous work of running things in production.
So we built Infanina to focus on that gap. We pick projects where AI clearly moves the needle, design honestly, and ship with the same care a serious team would give any other piece of business-critical software.
