The free consultation is offered without obligation on either side, and does not create a contract or a retainer.

Anything you tell us in that conversation is treated as confidential. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before it if you prefer.

Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, intellectual property, warranties, and liability.

Where that agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement takes precedence.

The content, design, and code of this website belong to Infanina unless stated otherwise.

You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not republish, sell, or systematically copy the site without written permission.

Ownership of deliverables produced during a paid engagement is set out in the engagement agreement. Our standard position is that the client owns the delivered work on full payment.
