What we build, and how it is priced.

Three disciplines and three ways to engage. Most projects start with the smallest one.

03What we do

Three things, done properly.

Most engagements are one of these. If yours is a mix, that is normal, and the first hour is where we work out the shape of it.

  • 01

    Web platforms

Customer portals, booking systems, internal tools, and the admin nobody wants to build. Fast, accessible, and structured so the second year of changes costs less than the first.

    • Next.js
    • TypeScript
    • Postgres
    • Stripe
  • 02

    Mobile apps

iOS and Android from one codebase where that fits, native where it does not. We handle store submission, release management, and the parts that break offline.

    • React Native
    • Swift
    • Kotlin
    • App Store + Play
  • 03

    AI automation

The daily manual work: reading documents, answering the same customer questions, moving data between systems that were never designed to talk. Built with a human in the loop for the decisions that matter.

    • Claude
    • RAG
    • Workflow orchestration
    • Human handoff

Three ways to work with us.

  • Discovery sprint

1 to 2 weeks, fixed fee

For when the problem is clear but the solution is not. We map the process, prototype the hard part, and produce a scope and estimate you can take to anyone, including another studio.

  • Build

6 to 16 weeks, fixed scope

Design and engineering through to a live deployment, with weekly demos and a fixed scope agreed up front. Changes are handled as explicit trades, not as invoices that appear later.

  • Ongoing care

    Monthly, cancel anytime

Hosting, monitoring, security updates, and an agreed number of change hours each month. For teams without an in-house engineer. Cancel with a month's notice and keep everything.

We quote a range in the first hour and a fixed number after discovery. We do not bill by the hour for delivery work, because that prices you for our learning curve.

05AI automation

Same process. Fewer hands on it.

We do not automate a department. We take one repeated process, remove the mechanical steps, and leave the judgement with your team.

  3. The details are retyped into another system

  4. Someone checks it against a second source

  5. A reply is written and sent

  3. Anything uncertain waits for your approval

Every automated step is logged and reversible. If it cannot be reviewed, we do not automate it.
