Privacy policy
How Infanina collects, uses, and protects personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
Who we are
This policy applies to this website and to the services provided by Infanina, a company registered in Singapore. Our registered name, UEN, and address are printed in the footer of every page.
This policy is a template prepared for a Singapore-registered company. Have it reviewed by a qualified adviser, and confirm the details, before publishing.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address, company, phone number, and message you provide. Supplying a phone number is optional.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used for security and reliability, not for advertising profiles.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal data.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and arrange the consultation you asked for.
To provide, support, and improve services under a contract with you or your organisation.
To meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations that apply to a Singapore company.
Consent and withdrawal
By submitting the form you consent to us contacting you about your enquiry. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to the email address in the footer.
Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide a service you have asked for. We will tell you clearly if that is the case.
Disclosure to others
We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate, such as hosting, email, and error monitoring, and only to the extent they need it.
We may disclose data where required by law, or by a regulator with authority to demand it.
Some providers process data outside Singapore. Where that happens we take steps intended to ensure a standard of protection comparable to the Personal Data Protection Act.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted once they are no longer needed, and in any case within a reasonable period.
Records connected to a signed engagement are retained for as long as required by contract and by Singapore accounting and tax rules.
Protection
We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege practices to the systems that hold personal data.
No system is perfectly secure. If a data breach affects you and meets the notification threshold, we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commission as required.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of anything inaccurate, and ask how it has been used or disclosed.
Write to the email address in the footer. We will respond within the timeframe required by the Personal Data Protection Act.
Cookies
This site uses only what is necessary to serve pages and remember your language choice. It does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
If analytics are added later, this section will be updated before they are switched on.
Contact and complaints
Questions about this policy, or about how your data has been handled, go to the email address in the footer.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
