infanina
Singapore software studio

Your next build
starts here.

Web platforms, mobile apps, and AI automation, built in Singapore by the people you will actually be talking to.

Line drawing of the Singapore skyline across Marina Bay, from the Helix Bridge and Marina Bay Sands to the Central Business District towers.
02The studio

A small team, on purpose.

Infanina is a Singapore-registered software company. We work with businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and shared inboxes, and want something built properly instead of patched again.

Every project runs with senior engineers on the keyboard. No layer of account managers between you and the build, no offshore handoff after the pitch, and no dependency on us once the work is done: the code, the accounts, and the deployment are yours from day one.

Ownership
Singapore registered, Singapore owned. Your code and cloud accounts stay in your name.
Who builds it
The engineers you meet in the first call are the ones who write the code.
How we work
Fixed scope, weekly demos, and a working deployment from the first week.
What we use
Boring, well-supported technology, chosen so another team could pick it up.
03What we do

Three things, done properly.

Most engagements are one of these. If yours is a mix, that is normal, and the first hour is where we work out the shape of it.

  • 01

    Web platforms

Customer portals, booking systems, internal tools, and the admin nobody wants to build. Fast, accessible, and structured so the second year of changes costs less than the first.

    • Next.js
    • TypeScript
    • Postgres
    • Stripe
  • 02

    Mobile apps

iOS and Android from one codebase where that fits, native where it does not. We handle store submission, release management, and the parts that break offline.

    • React Native
    • Swift
    • Kotlin
    • App Store + Play
  • 03

    AI automation

The daily manual work: reading documents, answering the same customer questions, moving data between systems that were never designed to talk. Built with a human in the loop for the decisions that matter.

    • Claude
    • RAG
    • Workflow orchestration
    • Human handoff

What we ship

04Selected work

What a build looks like.

Four shapes of project we take on, described by scope and method rather than by numbers we cannot show you.

We publish a case study only after the client has reviewed it and agreed to the numbers in it. Until one clears that bar, these pages describe what we build and how we build it. Ask in the first call and we will walk you through work in progress directly.

05AI automation

Same process. Fewer hands on it.

We do not automate a department. We take one repeated process, remove the mechanical steps, and leave the judgement with your team.

How it runs today

  1. A document or message arrives

    manual

  2. Someone reads it and works out what it is

    manual

  3. The details are retyped into another system

    manual

  4. Someone checks it against a second source

    manual

  5. A reply is written and sent

    manual

How it runs after

  1. The document or message arrives and is classified

    automated

  2. Details are extracted and checked against your data

    automated

  3. Anything uncertain waits for your approval

    your call

  4. The reply is drafted and sent on your rules

    automated

Every automated step is logged and reversible. If it cannot be reviewed, we do not automate it.

06Start here

One free hour. No pitch deck.

Tell us what is slow, manual, or broken. We will tell you what we would build, roughly what it costs, and whether you need us at all.

What is this about

Prefer email? [email protected]

What the hour covers

  • The actual problem, mapped out loud with you
  • A cost range and a realistic timeline
  • The first thing worth building, and what can wait

If the honest answer is an off-the-shelf tool, we will say so. That happens more often than you would expect.
